Happy Birthday, Aaron

Aaron had a pretty rockin' birthday yesterday. It started off with him making breakfast for everyone else, hit it's peak when he bought all of us lunch, and ended with him going to bed at 6:30 PM when Quinn got fussy. And then taking care of a crying baby off and on for the next couple of hours. And there were no presents. And this morning, he got to shovel the driveway all by himself.

Glad your family could make the day so special for you!

Seriously, though, we are going to have a do-over, I promise. :)

In other news, everyone in the family is finally sleeping during the proper time of night, and staying awake during the proper time of day. I think I'm the only one still trying to get over being sick. Also, there's a couple of inches of snow out there, which has fascinated Quinn to no end. He keeps running to the window and pointing enthusiastically. You don't often get a magical winter wonderland in sub-tropical Guangdong, I suppose. He was pointing to his cup of milk, and then at the snow . . . maybe he thinks it's made of milk? That would make for a pretty stinky winter.

Calliope, on the other hand, equates snow with Christmas, so she's wondering where her new presents are at.
